At the February 2008 Delaware County Planning Commission
meeting, Chester Valley Engineers was presented with the
William H. Bates Award in recognition for outstanding site
design and land planning for the Foxfield Retirement
Community for The McKee Group in Bethel Township, Delaware
County, Pennsylvania. Foxfield is a 530 unit mixed use
residential development consisting of single family homes,
townhomes and mid-rise condominiums along with associates
on-site recreational facilities. We are pleased to have been
a part of this very successful project for The McKee Group.

Chester Valley Engineers along
with the Developer and Architect was presented this award in
2004. The project involved the construction of a new
borough hall and the creation of Smith Family Plaza, a
public gathering place and park. The project known as The
Pottstown Town Center, acting as a unified element, has
created a town center that has helped bring more people to
downtown Pottstown, invigorating business along High Street.
