MacKay certified LEED AP |

In June of
2009, Brett H. MacKay passed the certification test to
become a LEED AP. This designation will allow him to
support projects seeking LEED Green Building Certification
and prepare and submit LEED documentation in support of LEED
Project Certification. |

Chester
Valley Engineers, recently obtained Final Approval for a development to
be known as "White Clay Point" for The
Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT).
White
Clay Point is a proposed commercial and residential complex
located in New Garden Township, Chester County,
Pennsylvania. A Multi-Tenant Retail Center will be
constructed on the portion of the property that is
contiguous to the south side of Route 41. A Town
Center will be constructed on the portion of the property
located to the south and west of the Retail Center. A
Convenience store with gasoline pumps will be constructed
adjacent to the north side of Route 41. An 83-lot
Age-Restricted Residential Community is on
the north side of Route 41. Additionally there will be road
improvements to Sunny Dell Road, Sharp Road, Sheehan Road
and widening of Gap-Newport Pike (Route 41). |

Fall, 2008, Episcopal Academy Opens for Classes |

Chester
Valley Engineers recently completed designs for the new home of The
Episcopal Academy located in Newtown Township, Delaware
County, PA. In June of 1998 The Episcopal Academy
Board of Trustees began the process of consolidation of
their multiple campuses. After years of planning and
design the Episcopal Academy has officially begun their
2008-2009 school year in their new campus. Chester
Valley Engineers is proud to have been part of the entire

June, 2008, Construction begins on Haverford
Reserve project. |

Chester
Valley recently completed design of the Haverford Reserve’s
209-acre site. Haverford Reserve features maintenance-free
living in 198 one-level condominiums in six four-story
buildings and 100 side-by-side carriage homes. The
residences at Haverford Reserve are surrounded by 120 acres
of preserved parkland and 45 acres of township recreation
